Itinerary
Day 1 Welcome aboard as we travel to the charming seaside retreat of Llandudno with comfort stops along the way. Arriving at The Baytree Hotel in the late afternoon, you’ll be warmly greeted with a traditional “Croeso i Gymru” (Welcome to Wales) .
Day 2 Today we journey through the scenic Vale of Conwy to the charming village of Bets-y-Coed, a popular inland resort with enchanting Alpine ambiance. Explore quaint shops, tea rooms and cafes. Our adventure continues with a breathtaking drive through Snowdonia National Park, passing through the historic slate quarry town of Blaenau Ffestiniog. We then continue to Portmadog, one of the largest towns in Snowdonia for a brief stop before returning to Llandudno.
Day 3 Today is yours to enjou in Llandudno, this delightful Victorian seaside resort at your own pace. You might like to take a leisurely stroll along the Promenade, admire the views from the Victorian pier - the longest in Wales, or enjoy a ride on the Great Orme Tramway, the UK’s only funicular tramway that has been captivating visitors since 1902 with stunning coast views.
Day 4 Following breakfast, we venture to The Isle of Anglesey, separated from the Welsh mainland by the Menai Strait. Witness breathtaking landscapes, unspoiled coastlines featuring sandy beaches, dramatic cliffs, and rocky coves. We’ll visit the captivating seaside town of Beaumaris, known for its blend of architectural styles. Be sure to take a stroll along the seafront to savour the views over the Menai Straight and distant peaks of Snowdonia.
Day 5 As our holiday draws to a close, we bid “hwyl fawr” (goodbye) to North Wales to begin our journey home. En route, we’ll make a stop at Trentham Estate, famed for award-winning gardens, a charming shopping village, and an extensive garden centre. (Note: entry to gardens not included).
