Itinerary

Day 1 We travel to North Wales with a short stop in the medieval city of
Chester before completing our journey to Llanberis.

Day 2 Travel to Porthmadog for a single journey to the slate quarrying
town of Blaenau Ffestiniog. The historic train ascends over 700 feet, passing
through tranquil meadows, past waterfalls and around horseshoe bends.
On then to the delightful Italian village of Portmeirion. Due to timetables
there maybe days when it is necessary to reverse excursions.

Day 3 Today we travel to the traditional and popular seaside town of
Llandudno, with its 2 sandy beaches and original Victorian features. A ride
on the Great Orme tramway is also included. Excellent views of the Conwy
Estuary, Anglesey and Snowdonia can be enjoyed from this Britain’s only
cable hauled public road tramway.

Day 4 A leisurely morning before a short drive to Beddgelert station for the
scenic journey along the foothills of Snowdon to Caernarfon. Once here we
have free time to explore the area.

Day 5 Its homeward bound today taking a break at Boundary Mills Outlet
Walsall before completing our journey home.
